Why is the Technology team important to Beachbody?

Beachbody's technology team is leading the way for new opportunities in the digital realm. They provide applications from consumer-facing eCommerce and high traffic CRM to data platforms and core enterprise applications which are at the heart of Beachbody's order processing and fulfillment engine.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Director, Agile?

• Providing solid foundations by developing and mentoring the Agile coaches into high caliber coaches who can fulfill the adoption of Agile practices throughout the enterprise
• Guiding us on our journey explaining trade-offs and providing recommendations for new or alternative agile and lean practices for use within the organization.
• Inspiring Agile Coaches, Engineering and Technical Operations teams by providing leadership and ensuring adoption and measurement of Agile and Lean practices we have implemented accross the organization. 

We'd love to chat if you have...

• 8+ year's experience in Agile practice adoption and transformation in complex environments
• Experience with and accountability for developing an Agile transformation program
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and demonstrated experience facilitating Agile transformation
• Experience managing and the ability to inspire a  team of Agile coaches
