Digital Marketing Specialist who will support the development and implementation of an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan for their segment and help drive success for Procore’s software and brand. You will collaborate closely with the segment team and ensure a deep understanding and alignment of their strategies, goals and initiatives. You will ensure market research and data analytics are included in the development of the segment strategy. You will also work closely with Content strategists to refine messaging through continuous testing and feedback, and implement full funnel engagement programs that will increase sales cycle velocity. Plus, you will support marketing activities across several marketing channels in support of new product launches.

Summary:

Responsible for a hands-on role in the creation, implementation, management and evaluation of B2B segment marketing campaigns. Work closely with the Content team, Product Marketing, and Industry experts to launch initiatives within deadlines across multiple channels. Have a deep understanding of the campaign channels available to generate demand and the systems required to effectively reach potential prospects within the segment. Must have a capability to implement both analytical and creative strategy and work in collaboration with the entire Demand Gen team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall contact strategy across multiple products and audiences.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on campaign performance
  • Create an omni channel strategy that increases MQLs, pipeline creation, and conversions throughout the Buyer and Renewal journey.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and lead the development and implementation of an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan.
  • Define, measure, optimize and monitor intended marketing campaign success and report the results within Procore business segments.
  • Monitor alignment between source reporting and in-house CRM for quality assurance.
  • Execute ongoing testing regimen (subject lines, layout, format, frequency, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement
  • Work with third party email software provider to manage, execute, optimize email campaigns
  • Oversee and establish best practices around daily email efforts, including performance rates, link tracking, HTML coding, quality assurance testing, and approval
  • Continuously ideate, execute, and measure results on A/B testing to optimize for email engagement/conversions
  • Develop campaign insights through research, data and ROI analytics, and incorporate into market strategy and tactics
  • Execute marketing plans within given segments, ensuring deliverables are on time and related to company initiatives.
  • Continually developing deeper business segment knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years digital or direct marketing experience within a B2B and SaaS segment preferred.
  • Experience in managing numerous campaigns simultaneously (experience in product development and awareness is a plus).
  • Experience managing multiple channel marketing activities across digital, sales, customer success, and events to help drive customer engagement in support of products within the segment.
  • 2-5 years’ experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and/or other automation tools.
  • Marketo certification in a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through; is comfortable within a fast paced work environment and short deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in marketing, business, communications or a related field).
