Your goal will be to sell new clients on our online marketing services (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing) while upselling whenever possible.

Essential Job Functions:

• Sells services and products by telephone while accurately entering data into a computer system.
• Respond to customer inquiries with the objective of selling new or additional products and/or services.
• Provide customers with product and service information. Responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of a variety of telecommunication products and services.
• Uses Needs-Based Selling techniques to sell internet marketing services and products to achieve client goals; includes creating & utilizing effective sales presentations, expert product knowledge and meeting availability.

*Completes necessary system navigation and call tracking. Handle all calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention. Create a positive relationship for client in all customer contacts.

• Contribute to the success of the sales team by maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude and working harmoniously with the team and supervisor.
• Meet company’s expectations regarding attendance and punctuality.
• Follows all applicable calling procedures and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
