We are looking for a Digital Designer with extensive experience designing in an e-commerce / direct-to-consumer environment. You’re perfect for this role if you’re a pro at producing assets in high volume for email, digital campaigns, hero graphics, social content and more. Your work will be focused on driving user acquisition and retention initiatives, and you’ll be a key player in driving Honest’s key revenue and retention metrics.

What you’ll do:

• Manage design projects from brief to completion in partnership with our Digital Marketing team
• Produce assets quickly, efficiently, and accurately, keeping quality top of mind
• Create designs that drive user acquisition and retention metrics across all channels (email, digital advertising, landing pages, site banners, mobile apps, and more)

What you’ll need:

• 4+ years of experience in digital design in an e-commerce environment
• Proven experience designing emails, online banners, and web design
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in UX/UI
• Ability to apply creativity to projects while working within design and brand guidelines
• Strong understanding of design principles and a keen awareness of current design trends and technologies
