Procore Technologies is looking for an energetic, team-oriented individual with experience and skills in digital content management and site management.

The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for editing, publishing, updating, maintaining, and scheduling content on Procore’s multimedia site, The Jobsite. Candidate should also have experience with content management software, SEO, Social Media, and Photoshop. Tasks require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in content management and maintenance of Jobsite on a daily basis.
  • Copy editing experience required.
  • Proofread all new content, audit existing content, and update as necessary.
  • Work to build organic traffic via internal linking, tagging, and optimizing keywords.
  • Work collaboratively with external and internal constituencies and partners to manage projects, deliver successful results, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify and develop new content opportunities (and ways to repurpose existing content), tools, and features to engage Procore’s online audience, as well as stay abreast of new technologies, trends, and strategies.
  • Implement changes to site layout and content based on usability testing and analytics.
  • Maintain a consistent voice (and look) throughout Jobsite and ensure brand standards are followed.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communications skills – verbal, written, and visual
  • Scholastic experience in digital media
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with programming languages: HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Photoshop
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Journalism experience is a plus.
