POSITION: Data Analyst - Client Onboarding

REPORTING TO: Onboarding Director

LOCATION: West Hollywood, CA

THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to make your mark? We are looking for a dedicated, motivated Project Coordinator to join our rockstar Onboarding Team.

When a wholesale brand signs up to use the NuORDER application, integrating their back-office system with our software is a crucial part of the process. As part of the Integrations Team, you’ll work together with a cross-departmental team to connect the dots from a brand’s signing to go-live and beyond. You’ll have a rare opportunity to get to know many aspects of both the SaaS and wholesale industries as you work with different brands and their various ERP, PLM, accounting, or logistics systems.

If you love logic problems, Excel, learning new technologies and helping people successfully get from A to B, then this could be the job for you. This is also an ideal position for someone interested in a project management or business analyst career path.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Onboarding Project Managers through each client’s setup & rollout process.
• Analyze & manipulate data in Excel, and provide feedback to clients.
• Coordinate project timelines and provide regular updates to client & internal team members.
• Become an expert in the NuORDER system and how it works.
• Provide world-class guidance & technical support to our integrated clients.
• Think outside the box! Identify workarounds and educate users on features and functionality.
• Learn what makes a rollout successful, and apply that knowledge to make each new project smoother than the last.

QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION: BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• EXPERIENCE: 2+ years experience in an analytic, customer service or technology-related role.
• Exceptional communication skills – this is a client-facing position (phone, email, and in person).
• Genuinely enjoy problem solving and logic.
• Extremely organized, with ability to prioritize, juggle many projects at once & meet deadlines.
• Must love Excel – you’ll be using it every day. (Knowledge of formulas a plus!)
• Able to learn new software programs quickly and intuitively.
• Experience using an ERP, PLM, accounting or logistics software a plus.
• Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, entrepreneurial startup environment.
• Love a challenge and take satisfaction in getting the job done!
