The Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving customer success outcomes. This individual will lead initiatives to provide outstanding service to all customers, both issuers and investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and problem solving issues in a professional and effective fashion.

  • Oversee customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.

  • Implement procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department.

  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s systems and processes.

  • Conduct email and telephone consults with founders and their teams to qualify, create interest and close.

  • Send agreements, receive signatures and support customers in the capital raising process.

  • Review posting agreements and related material to ensure the best interests of the company are served.

  • Track and publish weekly reports of quantitative data.

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Follow communication guidelines with respect to SEC regulations.
