At the foundation of its constant organic growth, and after generating a record month in may, our creative team is looking to hire a Corporate Designer to join our growing startup; We are looking for highly motivated talents who love digital marketing and think e-commerce is incredibly cool, to focus on building Hawke Media’s corporate branding!

The Corporate Designer is a prolific designer passionate about beauty and visual storytelling, highly organized and attentive to detail, has a strong creative portfolio in social media, mobile, and digital marketing. He/She must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, work on multiple projects concurrently, present and defend concepts and ideas to business partners, and communicate exceptionally well. Flexibility and the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take direction is key to success in this role.

Skills and Experience

• Work closely with Creative & Marketing Director to maintain brand integrity and uphold graphic aesthetic
• Develop and execute unique, engaging, shareable concepts for all of social media and video platforms, including but not limited to infographics, gifs, photography, video thumbnails and in-video graphics to deliver on project objectives and brand visual identity.
• Work closely with photographer on still life photo shoot execution
• Stay up to date on industry trends, trend forecasts, and social media best practices and technical requirements, and help inform and implement into creative process
• Work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams in developing and producing innovative visual content
• Responsible for designing and customizing print materials
• Follow creative direction and art direction responsibly and effectively
• Work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned
• Respond positively to art direction and design feedback
• But be able to speak up and voice your opinion on style and aesthetic
