What You'll Do
- Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
- Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms including the JOANY website, blog, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.
- Building a following for brand on social media with creative work
- Consistently brainstorm and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
- Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
What You'll Bring
- BA in English, communication, journalism, or related field
- 3+ years of experience writing for online products, customer communications, and technical documentation
- Versatile writing skills, as evidenced by a solid portfolio
- Positive and responsive attitude under time pressure; ability to thrive in a high-performance work group
