The Content Marketing Manager (CMM) will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing and will be responsible for managing and developing content marketing operations for TaskUs specifically focused on top-of-funnel lead generation and corporate branding. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Develop strategic content calendar and produce content to grow new marketing qualified leads (MQLs) including:
• Blog postings
• Social media
• Emails newsletters
• White papers
• Press releases
• Videos
• Webinars
• Infographics
• Measure, analyze, and optimize performance of content across all outlets
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of goals; establish and report on results of content performance
• Deliver content to digital channels, both paid and organic
• Optimize content for SEO purposes and drive website engagement
• Be responsible for the TaskUs website and ensure it is up-to-date and performing well
• Be a general resource across the entire organization for writing, proofreading, and editing client-facing and public-facing pieces

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Engaging business writer who can communicate complicated topics in a simple, thought-provoking, punchy manner
• Clear understanding of SEO best practices
• Strategic thinker – ability to make data-driven business decisions
• Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and working through ambiguity
• An eye for design – able to quickly spec out and wireframe throw website redesigns, presentations & more
• Quick learner – must be eager to independently learn about the latest technologies, solutions and platforms
• Research Driven – must enjoy the “search” for information using conventional and scrappy methods
• Results Focused - You love measuring the impact of your deliverables
• A passion for technology, thirst for knowledge, pulse of trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing / Business or related communications field
• 3+ years content marketing experience, technical writing experience preferred
• 3+ years branding and positioning experience
• Experience advocating for content strategy best practices, principles, and methodology
• Experience launching and maintaining SEO strategy and proved experience optimizing keywords to drive organic traffic
• Experience with production tools, like SlideShare, and productions teams, like photographers and videographers
• Experience working with Adobe creative suite
• Experience in placing digital advertisements (plus)
• Has worked at a startup before (plus)
• Experience with Salesforce (plus)
• Experience with WordPress (plus)
