Content Manager

We are looking for a talented and inspired Content Manager to work on creative marketing projects as part of RealtyMogul.com’s Marketing Team. The Content Manager focuses on writing internal and external blog articles, marketing email copy, website content, digital and print marketing materials, webinar and video scripts, and internal communications. In this role you will be responsible for the development, production, and distribution of effective marketing content, while ensuring messaging is consistent with our brands’ position and appealing to our target markets. This is a unique opportunity to facilitate the growth of new and existing products for a busy Financial Technology (FinTech) company.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Draft, review, and edit copy/content for all platforms including websites, emails, advertisements, and videos
  • Write clear, concise, and creative copy for company website and marketing collateral, including headlines, CTAs and long form content
  • Maintain quality control to ensure all content is on-brand, error free, and consistent in style and messaging to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives
  • Use an analytical, data-driven approach to review, evaluate and report on efficacy of content
  • Stay informed about industry competitors and current best-practices
  • Update and create social media content across several platforms
  • Maintain media content on company website

Who You Are:

  • An experienced professional with 5-7 years’ web/digital copywriting experience, including at least 2-3 years in financial services and/or real estate
  • College-educated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
  • A strong writer with a portfolio that demonstrates experience writing copy for performance-based online/banner/mobile advertising
  • An enthusiastic marketer focused on helping to drive sales with a deep understanding of SEO and new marketing trends
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • A skilled proofreader with meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of working quickly, accurately, and professionally with tight deadlines and large volumes of work
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as required
