The Channel Marketing Manager will report to and work closely with the VP of Marketing and Director of Business Development to strategize, create, and implement channel development programs to drive qualified opportunities and revenue. In this role you will be asked to manage a wide range of channel marketing activities to increase partner engagement and drive revenue growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and oversee the marketing plan for all existing channel partners, as well as develop marketing programs for different partner profiles and channels.
  • Develop effective direct and channel marketing programs, tailored to meet the needs of PatientPop’s different channel partner profiles and that drive channel sales velocity.
  • Develop a sustainable, comprehensive and professional materials and information to support sales in delivering annual customer reviews.
  • Enable sales to deliver these materials to complete successful customer and channel partner reviews
  • Collaborate closely with sales to deliver and execute channel marketing programs.
  • Work with partners to develop measurement and metrics to demonstrate success of programs delivered
  • Report regularly on success of channel marketing programs.
  • Develop channel sales training to ensure channel sales teams understand positioning, value proposition of PatientPop’s solutions.
  • Work to integrate partners needs with product release programs so partners are an integral aspect of the release cycle.
  • Work with Product teams to accommodate differing needs of channel partners in the context of the product release program.
  • Work with Product teams to ensure channel partners input is sought and included sought in all voice of the customer activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

The successful candidate will have familiarity and experience defining and executing tailored marketing programs that will help channel partners increase sales of PatientPop solutions. Ideally you will have experience marketing a SaaS or web-based solution in a B2B environment.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and under time constraints
  • Solid technical aptitude to grasp the nature of PatientPop’s products and solutions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle multiple, (sometimes conflicting) priorities and still meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in a rapid growth, fast paced environment with a demonstrated history of goal setting and achievement. 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

A college degree is a plus, but direct experience is the only requirement.
