Responsible for aiding in the development of engineering processes, designing solutions to enable those processes, and implementing those processes through software development and customizations/configurations of existing CAD and PLM software applications. Examine organization’s goals and objectives and translate them into effective engineering processes and tooling to enable our engineers to be more productive, informed, and secure. Plan, execute, and manage the development of knowledge based engineering design automation. Design, develop and support CAD and PLM applications for design engineering group using .NET, C#, C++, Java, SQL Server, VB, Perl, ITK, NX Open, Teamcenter administration and NX administration. Plan, execute, and manage development of customizations to CAD and PLM software. Ensure proper configuration and administration of CAD and PLM software applications. Ensure that use of engineering processes and tooling aligns with company's strategic goals and vision. Develop custom part model and drafting templates and release processes. Develop standards and processes for the use of engineering tools and software. Provide daily support to users on CAD and PLM applications. Orchestrate training of end users to support company’s standards and processes. Collaborate with analyst, designers, and IT resources to define engineering processes and tooling.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in CIS/IT/Mechanical Engineering/related engineering field and 60 months of experience in job offered or related systems engineering occupation.
