Since inception, we have taken a holistic approach to virtual reality innovation, developing software, and games hand-in-hand to take VR to places that no one has dreamed possible. 

Our ideal Business Development Manager would be prepared to drive the execution of major location-based entertainment (LBE) sales initiatives, grow our global virtual reality arcade partnerships, and identify and develop new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be focused on growing, managing, and maintaining our sales pipeline by thinking creatively and critically to ensure growth within a newly emerging market. This candidate would be equally as comfortable in a room liaising with VIPs as they would setting up demos with the IT team.

We are looking for a problem solver who is willing to go the extra mile (quite literally as there is a lot of travel involved) and preferably has experience in the world of startups and/or gaming. While we don’t expect this candidate to have extensive knowledge of VR, we do expect a quick learner who will strive to glean all there is to know about our products and our space. 


  • BA/BS with 2+ years of sales experience and/or account management
  • Experience handling multiple clients domestically and internationally
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the company, from interns to C-level execs
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and managing sales workflows
  • Proficiency with tools like MS Office suite and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
  • Ability and desire to travel domestically and internationally 2-3 times per quarter

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working internationally
  • Knowledge and passion for the gaming and/or VR industry
  • Technical background and/or MBA
