Our campaigns have benefited over 200 nonprofits—through experiences like winning a walk-on role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens and getting interviewed by Jon Stewart, and exclusive t-shirts like Samantha Bee’s “Nasty Woman” and Shailene Woodley’s “I Stand with Standing Rock.” Our incredible community has raised millions for amazing organizations and generated significant awareness by regularly appearing in outlets like the Today Show, Vanity Fair, CNN, Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel and many others.

Who We’re Seeking:
A bright Business Development Associate to support our Revenue team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and interacting closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with executive management to define business development support scope and initiatives
Field collateral and support requests from business development and brand teams
Manage the collateral repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
Work with leadership to determine collateral adoption metrics and define enablement best practices
Gather feedback from business development and brand teams on a regular basis to constantly improve collateral
Provide administrative support to the SVP of Business Development and VP of Brands and Media Partnerships
Our Ideal Candidate:
You have a Bachelor’s Degree and can demonstrate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, & Excel
You are thoughtful, organized, detail oriented, and an excellent communicator
You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
You take your work seriously but not yourself
