You will be responsible for:
- Interacting with internal teams, in particular marketing, managing multiple analysis and reporting projects
- Developing and delivering standard and ad-hoc reporting for internal and external clients
- Providing proactive meaningful insights and recommendations based on analysis
- Analyzing forecast data, updating marketing forecasts and response curves
- Preparing data files within various systems, ensuring accuracy of data
- Maintaining KPI, channel ROI, and other regular reporting
- Developing and analyzing product value metrics for marketing communications and to support other teams as requested
- Prioritizing overlapping requests, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Assisting with mentoring / leading junior team members
You bring to the table your:
- Bachelor's degree in math, economics, computer science or similar fields
- 5 years experience in analyst role supporting marketing, product, or revenue teams
- Proven track-record as an analytical thinker with the ability to recognize business opportunities or "red flags" using a variety of data analysis techniques
- Expert level knowledge of Excel and proficient with relational database concepts and SQL
- Experience designing and developing dashboards and reports in a BI tool
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to tell a compelling business story to a management level audience
- Previous experience mentoring and/or managing teams
- Previous experience with Salesforce, Inside Sales, Marketo, Google Analytics, or other similar tools
- Familiarity with one or more statistical program languages such as R, Python, SAS, or similar is a plus
