We are seeking  a Business Analyst based in our LA office who would like to have the opportunity to apply their hard-earned skills in a rewards-driven environment.

Business Analysts are responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of the Mediamorph platform working with a remote development and operations team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing an in depth understanding of customer operations and applies it in researching potential solutions,
• Analyzing and documenting relevant business processes,
• Working with the project management team on interviews with customers to define solution requirements,
• Defining, documenting and reviewing functional requirements,
• Developing gap fit documentation,
• Facilitating User Acceptance Testing processes,
• Preparing and/or reviewing end user documentation, training materials, curriculum and schedule,
• Conducting training classes, including train-the trainer, one-on-one or classroom style training,
• Engaging all relevant participants in change management activities, where appropriate, and
• Traveling to client sites as required.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including development of project documentation and presentation materials required
• Ability to write and present effective project materials, including presentations and status reports
• Ability to effectively identify and resolve issues
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and clients

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience in deploying and/or implementing software applications preferably with package software applications
• Extensive experience in defining user requirements and business process analysis
• Experience with change management techniques
• Experience with project management software
• Media & Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
