The Honest Company’s Operations team has kicked of the search for an Associate Project Manager! In this role, you’ll help enhance business value by managing and driving projects. This includes the meticulous planning, coordination, and tracking of product launches and transitions. In this role, you’ll ensure that all deliverables are completed on time, while promptly escalating any potential gaps and delays that may impact established deadlines.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee cross-functional planning, task implementation, and tracking of product launches and transitions by developing and maintaining schedules with transparent tools (ie – Microsoft Office and/or Smartsheet). Cross-functional partners include, but not limited to Product, R&D, Brand, Creative, Sales, Sourcing / Planning and Finance
• Prepare detailed implementation project plans and manage week-to-week execution of associated tasks: planning, tracking, documentation, and bi-weekly status updates to senior management
• Assist and suggest implementation of new PPM processes to further facilitate efficient project execution
• Manage all SKU transitions and ensure related quality, costs, schedules, and inventory goals are achieved in a manner consistent with overall business goals
• Resolve and promptly escalate issues, risks and dependencies – proactively identifying potential gaps and critical path analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute on mitigation plans

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in operations planning or project management
• General knowledge of operations and product/packaging development
