Verifi is looking for a talented Associate Marketing Manager to join our company!

Verifi is growing rapidly and we need a generalist to support our marketing team.  Verifi manages chargebacks and risk for online merchants; our SAAS based service suite allows merchants to get up and running quickly and realize immediate results.

You will be responsible for:

  • General Marketing Support
  • Lead Management and CRM Support: Inputs new leads to Salesforce or similar, Assigns leads as directed by marketing head, Monitors and measures leads as necessary, Requests changes based on direction from head of marketing
  • Trade Show Management:
    • Research, evaluates and provides business cases for new trade-shows domestically and internationally in support of organizational goals
    • All associated activity including booth shipment, collateral shipment, applications, ticketing, and room reservations, meeting setup, and in-booth marketing promotion execution
    • Identify and support tie in speaking opportunities for all exhibiting or attending shows
    • Pre and post show prospect and lead follow up promotion
  • Assist with Public Relations: Facilitate PR with agency, coordinate and socialize all thought leadership and public releases to amplify our brand and solutions.
  • Assist with strategies to identify and achieve industry recognition and Awards that demonstrate our value proposition
  • Assist with Social Media Calendar coordination
  • Support webinar calendar development and execution 
  • Collateral and Premium Inventory and Management
  • Assist with weekly Marketing development of and KPI reporting KPIs to demonstrate performance and visibility for supported channels
  • Support cross department Marketing needs such as collating presentation packets, business cards, monthly marketing asset depository
  • Vendor Coordination (i.e. facilitate projects with outside agencies and vendors)
  • Other duties as assigned

You bring to the table your:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience with Trade Show Management is a must; have done at least 7+ per year
  • Experience with webinars
  • Experience working with Awards submissions
  • Energetic and ability to work independently
  • Highly detailed oriented and experience managing multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Illustrator
  • Salesforce and Marketo experience preferred
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Wordpress and basic HTML
  • Creative writing skills is highly desirable
