FabFitFun is looking for an Associate Director, Account Management to join us in our West Hollywood HQ. We are seeking an individual who is a natural leader and knows how to create process, stay organized, and connect with clients. This position will report to our Director, Brand Partnerships and will be skilled at managing a team and cultivating lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a liaison between Account Managers and Director, Brand Partnerships
- Oversee the day to day of all Account Managers, which includes executing strategy, client assignments, and ensuring all projects, communication and tools are executed and updated in a timely manager
- Confident implementing key business strategies put forth by senior management and ensure the team is meeting quarterly KPI targets
- Responsible for retention and growth of the existing client base through individual efforts and efforts of the account management team
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen client trust
What You’ll Bring:
- BA Degree
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in SalesForce
- Exposure to a contract & project management tool system (Wrike preferred)
- Team player attitude who is willing to jump in - no job is too big or too small
- Confident leading and directing the work of others
- Compassionate, approachable, personable, and respectful
