Analyst, Asset Management

We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, detail-oriented individual to work full-time in our West Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, meticulous, personable, and be able to manage relationships with third-parties. 

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a small but mighty team to ensure all asset management duties are fulfilled
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of selected assets within the Realty Mogul portfolio
• Assist with the coordination, including review and final production, of investor reporting updates (monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with investors and real estate operating companies
• Work with various departments to improve internal and external communication regarding portfolio assets, data management, and workflow process improvements
• Work closely with real estate operating companies to ensure compliance with Operating Agreements, Budgets, and annual business plan/property strategy to track progress
• Provide assistance to sales team and work to improve investor relations
• Assist in the automation and improvement of existing investor platform processes
• Assist with operational workflow and processes

Who You Are:

• 0-2+ years of experience in real estate
• Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts and analysis
• Experience with multiple product types (i.e. office, retail, industrial, multi-family, etc.) a plus
• Mastery of Excel and ability to model complex equity waterfalls
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Extreme attention to detail and highly reliable
• Must be fast paced, not easily shaken and work in a highly demanding environment
• Ability to stay organized with a wide variety of tasks
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight timelines
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess excellent organizational skills
