Analyst, Asset Management
We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, detail-oriented individual to work full-time in our West Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, meticulous, personable, and be able to manage relationships with third-parties.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with a small but mighty team to ensure all asset management duties are fulfilled
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of selected assets within the Realty Mogul portfolio
- Assist with the coordination, including review and final production, of investor reporting updates (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with investors and real estate operating companies
- Work with various departments to improve internal and external communication regarding portfolio assets, data management, and workflow process improvements
- Work closely with real estate operating companies to ensure compliance with Operating Agreements, Budgets, and annual business plan/property strategy to track progress
- Provide assistance to sales team and work to improve investor relations
- Assist in the automation and improvement of existing investor platform processes
- Assist with operational workflow and processes
Who You Are:
- 0-2+ years of experience in real estate
- Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts and analysis
- Experience with multiple product types (i.e. office, retail, industrial, multi-family, etc.) a plus
- Mastery of Excel and ability to model complex equity waterfalls
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Extreme attention to detail and highly reliable
- Must be fast paced, not easily shaken and work in a highly demanding environment
- Ability to stay organized with a wide variety of tasks
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight timelines
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess excellent organizational skills
