YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Work with events coordinator on events as assigned
  • Help to organize show, lodging, meals, transportation, etc. as needed
  • Pack show materials based on inventory lists
  • Update expenses spreadsheet to track leads, schedules, and ROI
  • Assist in planning, prioritizing and executing show/event logistics
  • Assist in updating project management tool
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Must be able to take initiative, learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced startup-environment
  • Diplomacy and professionalism, you love working with people
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Experience coordinating shipments and collateral for trade shows and corporate events a plus
