Our Art Director will bleed creativity, demonstrating unparalleled talent for conceiving and creating amazing art direction and style. You will manage and mentor a world class UI Art team and set the course for internal and external partners. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Game Design to deliver incredible art for our Top rated mobile games! What will you do?

• Direct art and visual design continuity from concept to post-release updates 
• Manage work planning for multiple internal and external art projects
• Provide visual direction to multiple external partners
• Lead cross-functional art direction
• Communicate artistic direction to team members and provide ongoing 
• Mentoring to internal staff
• Promote and encourage effective feedback among team members
• Develop and provide continuous quality improvement on processes for
• Planning, execution, approval and reporting
• Work on wide range of game types, spanning all mobile platforms and formats

 What do you need?

• 4+ years of professional experience as an art director, art lead, or other managerial role
• Background in mobile, social gaming
• Passion for games, art, layout, and design
• Detailed knowledge of mobile platforms, notably iOS and Andriod
• Strong experience in UI
• Expertise in arts/design, and a demonstrated ability to direct, mentor, and enhance the efforts of a creative team
• A strong online portfolio, demonstrating relevant project work
