Ad Operations Specialist

Who are you?
The Ad Operations Specialist works closely with the Account Management team. This person will own the daily pacing of campaigns, conduct testing, work on client proposals, and build case studies. This role reports to the Director of Ad Operations.
What you'll do:
- Become an expert on the Nativo platform as well as best practices for campaign management
- Work with the Account Management team to optimize campaigns ensuring performance and delivery goals are met
- Ideate campaign strategy for key accounts to help Accounts team grow accounts
- Complete media plans and spec sheets for outgoing client proposals
- Manage and troubleshoot various third party tagging implementations
- Have a deep understanding of integrations with 3rd party vendors
- Liaise with product and engineering teams for cross-functional projects
- Assist in documenting processes and contribute to further innovating the organization
- Provide assistance on high priority ad hoc projects as needed
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of programmatic buying or high level campaign management experience
- Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and challenges in the marketplace
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent time management skills and self motivation
- Strong ability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities
- BA/BS degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial startup environment
