We are currently seeking a Acquisition Marketing Manager to focus on developing digital media strategies and managing and optimizing campaigns across all digital channels, including paid search, display, and social. You will report to the Sr. Director, Acquisition Marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Own digital media campaigns end-to-end and constantly seek new areas of optimization and opportunity
- Perform ongoing analysis, bid management, CPA optimization, and creative/landing page testing
- Use data and reporting to track all campaign performance and provide insights on how they map to larger company goals
- Drive innovation and conduct research and competitive analysis to keep us on the cutting edge of digital marketing
Who you are:
- 3+ years of digital marketing/media buying experience
- Mastery of native, not just third party, ad management tools (Adwords/Bing/Facebook Ads Manager) required.
- Google Adwords, IAB, Facebook, and other media certification a plus
- Experience with online marketing metrics such as ROI, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rate, etc.
- Exceptional analytics, project management, writing and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Bachelor’s degree
