The Client Services team is a group of professionals who specialize in the exciting world of online display advertising. Our Account Management team is seeking an energetic and highly-detail oriented individual who can organize and track internal projects and reporting. Working closely with the Director of Account Management and the VP of Client Services, the Project manager is responsible for prioritizing, setting and adhering to timelines, and executing Account related internal requests. 

 You Are:

You Will:
  • Quickly and efficiently organize all incoming projects.
  • Manage internal Account team documents and requests.
  • Oversee the assignment of accounts to ensure client onboarding is executed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with the Account team to ensure all internal collateral needs are being met and further work with the Marketing team to execute that collateral.
  • Work within multiple project management systems to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and ultimately produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Work hand in hand with the Director of Account Management to ensure optimal processes are being implemented and followed.
  • Liaise between the Accounts and Sales Teams to ensure accurate reporting and effective collaboration.
  • Proof read, edit, and design decks for client onsite meetings.
  • Manage Account team trainings by collaborating with other team Project Managers on content and scheduling.
  • Plan and execute Client Services team offsite planning and work meetings.
  • Input and track active client information in all internal tools and systems.
  • Execute internal weekly business reporting requests and communicate company wide.
  • Manage Account team daily scrum action items and communicate regularly about said deliverables.
  • Act as support to VP of Client Services by managing his schedule, managing travel details, and assisting in personal document execution.
You Have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree 
  • Internet/technology chops
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
