Procore is looking for a highly motivated self-starting Account-Based Marketing Manager that can develop a strategic plan to help drive engagement to enterprise level accounts. The right person will have fluent skills in revenue marketing (Data driven Demand Generation) with knowledge in how the sales/ marketing funnel works.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop ideal accounts and role-based (Persona) profiles
  • Work with sales management to define the best ABM targets
  • Assist in designing content to keep contacts engaged through the sales cycle
  • Design the campaign and marketing channel strategy and execute to drive accounts through the marketing funnel, including but not limited to: Email marketing, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, display and retargeting, direct mail, webinars, etc.
  • Use Marketo and Salesforce to manage multi-track nurtures and keep communication with sales.
  • Establish, track, and improve response rates, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI for ABM programs.
  • Build strong working relationships with key internal groups, including sales, customer success, and marketing/sales operations.

 Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in developing and executing successful B2B demand generation programs and digital campaigns
  • 1+ years of experience building and executing account-based marketing programs
  • 1+ years of demonstrating successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with a timely execution
  • Excellent writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of data to drive impactful actions
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Certified in Marketo and/or Salesforce is a plus.
