500 Startups LA: Founders & Funder Panel Discussion, Mar. 27 at 6:30 p.m.
500 Startups LA is hosting a panel event this week to discuss the unique challenges startup founders face on a regular basis. The panel will focus on the specific challenges women in tech face and how they should be addressed.
Master Class: Branded Content for High-Impact Online Storytelling and Wine Reception, March 29 at 6 p.m.
The ROC in Santa Monica is playing host to acclaimed content creationist Brian Hallett, sponsored by IE Business School. Hallett, a professor at the school, will discuss branded content and its relationship to storytelling. The only thing dry about the event will be the wine you're sipping on at the reception after.
Product School Presents: AMA With Tinder's Senior Product Manager, March 30 at 6:30 p.m.
Product School is hosting an event featuring Samantha Stevens, the senior product manager at West Hollywood-based Tinder. A veteran of the tech communities in New York City and Washington D.C., Stevens talk about what she does in her role as head of growth products for the tech giant.
Hub101 Hacks: Autism, Mar. 31 at 4 p.m.
Every week, there are a number of great local hackathons dedicated to using technology to solve global issues. This Hub101 is hosting one this week, with the hope of developing interesting ways to support those with autism, as well as their families.
n3xt con 2017 - SOCAL'S FAST GROWING TECH CONFERENCE WITH LA SPIRIT, Apr. 2 at 9 a.m.
Awesome tech events aren't limited to Monday through Friday. This weekend, Pasadena becomes the center of the LA startup scene with n3xt con 2017. This year's lineup is absolutely packed, and will feature founders from companies like VR Playhouse, Pasadena-based Spokeo and Enplug.
